    メッセージは簡潔に、必要な事柄のみ重要なものから書くのが大切なルールです。

    できるだけ短くシンプルに! 時候の挨拶や社交辞令は不要!

    ※だだし親しい場合はコミュニケーションとして、ある程度近況報告をしましょう。
    (How are you?/ How are you doing these days?/ How have you been?) 


    冗長的な表現はしないようにしましょう。
